De moderne veiligheidsuitdagingen in Europese steden, die worden gekenmerkt door steeds beter wordende autonome actoren, vragen om efficiënte en methodische beveiligingsstrategieën die ons een superieur voordeel bieden. Dit terwijl we een prettige klantervaring willen behouden, het subjectieve gevoel van veiligheid onder onze klanten en personeel wensen te vergroten en de objectieve veiligheid binnen en rond onze gebouwen dienen te verhogen. In dat kader bieden wij de opleiding Predictive Profiling aan, op basis van het behaviour detection programma.
Een team van bewakingsagenten dat is getraind in het herkennen van afwijkend gedrag stelt de organisatie in staat om de hoogste niveaus van (fysieke) veiligheid te handhaven zonder tijd en energie te verspillen aan het herhaaldelijk controleren van personen. Deze mogelijkheid komt vooral tot zijn recht in faciliteiten waar veel mensen komen, zoals vervoersknooppunten, winkelcentra en toeristische trekpleisters, maar ook andere.
De opleiding HBDO werd initieel ontwikkeld in het kader van terrorisme. Het betreft een techniek die aan veiligheidsdiensten, defensie en aan leden van de geïntegreerde politie wordt aangeboden. Deze opleiding werd vertaald naar het domein van de bewaking met zijn eigen kenmerken en bestaat uit 16 uur. Het doel van de opleiding blijft echter hetzelfde, de deelnemers aanleren hoe ze verdacht gedrag kunnen herkennen op basis van welbepaalde objectieve indicatoren. De voornaamste indicator, is het gedrag van personen.

Les défis modernes en matière de sécurité dans les villes européennes, caractérisés par des acteurs autonomes de plus en plus performants, exigent des stratégies de sécurité efficaces et méthodiques qui nous offrent un avantage concurrentiel. Et ce, tout en souhaitant conserver une expérience client agréable, renforcer le sentiment subjectif de sécurité de nos clients et de notre personnel et améliorer la sécurité objective à l'intérieur et autour de nos bâtiments. Dans ce contexte, nous proposons la formation Predictive Profiling, basée sur le programme de détection comportementale.
Une équipe d'agents de gardiennage formés à la reconnaissance des comportements inhabituels permet à l'organisation de maintenir les plus hauts niveaux de sécurité (physique) sans perdre de temps et d'énergie à contrôler sans cesse les personnes. Cette possibilité est particulièrement utile dans les lieux très fréquentés, tels que les nœuds de transport, les centres commerciaux et les sites touristiques, mais aussi dans d'autres lieux.
La formation HBDO a été initialement développée dans le cadre de la lutte contre le terrorisme. Il s'agit d'une technique proposée aux services de sécurité, à la défense et aux membres de la police intégrée. Cette formation a été transposée au domaine de la surveillance, avec ses spécificités, et comprend 16 heures. L'objectif de la formation reste toutefois le même : apprendre aux participants à reconnaître un comportement suspect sur la base d'indicateurs objectifs bien définis. Le principal indicateur est le comportement des personnes.

In this context, we offer the Predictive Profiling training course, based on the behaviour detection programme.
A team of security guards trained in recognising deviant behaviour enables the organisation to maintain the highest levels of (physical) security without wasting time and energy on repeatedly checking individuals. This option is particularly useful in facilities where large numbers of people gather, such as transport hubs, shopping centres and tourist attractions, but also in other locations.
The HBDO training course was initially developed in the context of terrorism. It is a technique offered to security services, defence and members of the integrated police force. This training has been adapted to the field of security, with its own specific characteristics, and consists of 16 hours. However, the aim of the training remains the same: to teach participants how to recognise suspicious behaviour on the basis of specific objective indicators. The main indicator is the behaviour of individuals.
